With fall on the way, so are routines. And busy routines require a good breakfast. During the school year, it’s difficult to make a fast, nutritious breakfast that will fill you up.
But I’ve got you covered. Probably one of the simplest recipes, but surely delicious.
Now you can totally do this with oatmeal, but I encourage you to research the benefits of the steel cut oats. You’ll be surprised! Otherwise, enjoy your breakfast!
Banana Nut Steel Cut Oats
1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats (with milk)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Walnuts
1 tsp brown sugar
Make sure the oats are heated before adding everything else in. Enjoy!
